This compact low profile dewatering press contains a hydraulically driven piston that applies pressure to the screenings discharged into the press. Liquid is forced out of the screenings and drains through slotted openings in the dewatering trough.
Dewatered screenings are pushed into the discharge piping. Each subsequent batch of screenings moves the dewatered material through the pipe to discharge. The unit dewaters and conveys with various configurations of pipe runs available.
The Flo-Press comes in three sizes
CMP200 | = 53 ft³/hr. capacity |
CMP250 | = 88 ft³/hr. capacity |
CMP350 | = 124 ft³/hr. capacity |
