The FSM SR04 is a pressurized, closed screening system that is installed inline and fed by pumped flow or an elevated tank. The system can be fed and operated continuously or intermittently. It is used to screen municipal and industrial sludges as well as process water in a variety of industries.
Easy to maintain -2-piece housing with a quick-open flange connection between the screen and press zone.
Adaptable – Solids outlet is equipped with an infinitely variable cone. This allows the machine to adapt to the specific type and quantity of materials to be screened.
High throughput - No emissions - Self-cleaning
Sensor data are continuously recorded and evaluated for the safe operation of the system.
- Performance – monitoring cone control.
- Pressure - monitoring for elevated P1 or differential pressure.
- Operational interruption – sludge probe monitors for liquid breakthrough.
