This SPECO screening system is designed for installations with narrow, limited access such as pump stations and deep CSO channels. Wastewater enters the screen through a flanged connection with the supply pipe. Collar clamp brackets and optional, adjustable elevation feet insure fast, easy installation. A quick disconnect flange is also available along with a simple, stabilizing hoist mechanism.
Special segmented brushes provide continuous cleaning of the screen and are designed for ease of replacement. The shaftless screw is a special high alloy steel with a fixed center pipe to prevent debris fall back.
A variation of the 90° system is also available for deep, open channels. The in-channel vertical design easily handles high upfront water levels and has all the well engineered features of the flanged screening system.
